Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within India. If your location is not listed, please contact our support team at Support@sleekon.co.in before placing an order.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- In case of high demand or unforeseen delays, processing may take longer. We will notify you in such cases.
Shipping Method
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 Business Days — Free for orders above ₹999
Delivery times may vary based on location, courier service, and external factors. In the upcoming days, we plan to introduce Express Shipping for faster delivery.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are Rs. 100 for orders valued under Rs. 999.
- Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 999.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order on our website or through the courier’s tracking portal.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at Support@sleekon.co.in.
- If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with unboxing video, and we will assist with a replacement.
- Sleekon is not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Contact us immediately at Support@sleekon.co.in.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
